The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and an elegant lounge area, perfect for relaxing hours in the open air, convivial evenings or a sundowner with a fantastic view. For entertainment, the villa also features a PlayStation 5 with two controllers and a selection of games. The outdoor area invites you to linger with a lovingly designed barbecue area. Whether it’s a cozy barbecue with the family or a convivial evening with friends, every meal here becomes an open-air experience with a view of the Atlantic. The pool can be heated so that you can use it at any time of the year (extra cost). Towels for the bathroom and pool are provided for all guests. The villa has a modern, well-equipped utility room that offers you the comfort you are accustomed to during your stay. A high-quality washing machine and a powerful dryer are available here, ideal for longer stays, family vacations or active days. Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!
