Be adventurous , something completely different

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The house and room were spotless, cozy and I really appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. The bed was super comfortable plus there is a beautiful garden with view and jacuzzi option! The location was close to bus stop, there is also a nice cafeteria around the corner and shop where you can have a piece of delicious cake or buy fresh fruits. What is the most important the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect to take a small glass of wine with the Funchal view in fullmoon or morning coffee. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely book again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay at Funchal!

This BNB this so wonderful. Yves and his wife was so welcoming and kind to us. The bed is comfortable and the views are spectacular. About a 10 minute drive by taxi or your own car into Funchal for dinner. The views make it worth it being a little out of the city. A welcoming home that we found to be a little slice of peaceful paradise.

Excellent stay, Marina's directions to reach Funchal and then her apartment could not have been clearer and more precise, fortunately I had no delays and the check-in was also carried out at the scheduled time. The accommodation is less than a km from the city center and can also be easily reached on foot, where the easy in Madeira for those who know it is relative because most of the roads are steep. I had a spacious room with a double bed and a shared bathroom that was not large, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, but I never had any problems using it. Marina, with her sympathy and availability, also helped me to plan the visit to the island a little because I had not had time to do it independently before leaving. I suppose the value for money is average, I have no other elements of comparison.

Really enjoyed my stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The flat was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything was just as described, with easy access to local spots. Would happily stay again!
