Modern apartment overlooking a green oasis

This stylish apartment in the valley of Paul overlooks a green oasis with banana plants, mango- and breadfruit trees. It's within walking distance of Vila das Pombas which means you have easy access to restaurants and shops. Our house, Kasa d' Vizin, which means 'the neighbour's house', in Creole, is located in a little village overlooking the mountains and ocean. What makes our apartment unique is that it's a mix between European comfort and Cape Verdean style. Vegans & vegetarians welcome!

What a wonderful place to stay with such immaculate views! They were extremely communicative and happy to help with all questions related to the island and beyond. I would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. It is the perfect location down from the cove crater hike.

Great stay at Dany and Guy's. The place is breathtaking. Our hosts have kept thinking about the well-being of guests. It's a magical place to visit once in a lifetime. Breakfasts allow us to start the day perfectly. As for the dinners, they are unique and everything is homemade with the vegetables from the garden. Our stay was perfect and thank you again Guy and Dany for the good times spent at this Ecolodge. Ps: It's absolutely necessary to try homemade cocktails!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!
