Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us a coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well maintained and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easily accessible. We had a blast lighting the fire Elton prepared for us! Finally, the dogs of the house, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

The house is beautiful and well decorated, just like the photos in the listing. The rooms are comfortable and the bed linen was fragrant. The kitchen is well equipped with many options of dishes, glasses, pots and the outdoor barbecue area is pleasant.

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.
