Klaus was a great host. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and had everything one could want for a short term rental. The apartment was also in a great location. I look forward to staying in this location again in the future!

Glauco was very attentive, always responding quickly and answering all questions. Whenever requested during the stay, he helped and solved everything I needed. The place is clean, everything is new and in perfect working order. Excellent location, next to Savegnago and Burger King. Brand new building, complete gym, polite and attentive doormen. Nothing to complain about and I definitely recommend it and will be back!!

JACK always responded with attention, speed, politeness, and clarity. And it was like that again, because it had already been supported by her. We had an amazing weekend at this house to celebrate my birthday with family and friends, and it couldn’t have been better! From the very first contact, Emiliana and Karina were extremely helpful, always responding promptly and clarifying all our questions. Upon arrival, Nilza welcomed us warmly and was attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the suggested service providers, such as a cleaner, cook, and barbecue chef, were essential to making my birthday celebration extra special and ensuring the comfort of our guests. The house is impeccable, very well-equipped, with spacious areas and a cozy, tasteful decor. The outdoor space is perfect for leisure and socializing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Our accommodation was great, we went in a group of 6 people and everyone was very well accommodated with comfort, each with their own room and bathroom. Great linen and towels. The hosts Paula and her daughter Ana, were extremely helpful and receptive, giving us peace of mind and security, always promptly answering our questions. The house is great, the location too, extremely spacious, complete in all rooms. We just feel that some parts need a little maintenance and a little more careful cleaning, but nothing that discredits the house, nor the stay. We were all happy and satisfied, and we will definitely return.

I went with my friends for the weekend and it was wonderful! House is exactly like in the pictures, we didn't miss anything. Super quiet and cozy place.
