There is a screened porch with large patio, table and grill for dining. The large deck with reclining folding beach chairs. It is a wonderful place to relax enjoy the view. Karl was exceptionally communicative and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself was immaculately clean and spacious, providing the perfect setting for our family getaway. Wendy’s lake house was a perfect getaway for us as a family of 6. Before we arrived I asked her a great place to buy fishing gear and bait and she messaged back within 5 mins, a page full of bait shops and restaurants! Beds were comfortable and a very peaceful, quiet, private neighborhood. Beautiful lake views, great walking distance from house, we loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit overlooking the lake! Dock on the lake was so breathtaking we didn’t want to leave! Power went out from a big thunderstorm that came through, not a problem for us, she had games in the closet and called the power company so that we were well cared for! I could go on and on of reasons why to rent with Wendy! The whole stay was perfect! We will be back! The only thing that was missing was some bathtub non slip mats. It’s very slippery in the tub. If you’re not careful you could really hurt yourself.

Beautiful house, with access to Lake Murray, with kayaks available for usage, fishing, swimming, etc. Plenty of fun for the kids, with games, toys, and I thought they were going to wear out the zip-line! Beautiful, secluded lot with privacy. Not a lot of room for parking or turning around to leave. Most of our time was spent outside, on the porch, activities in the lake and the game room. Plenty of room for guests. Granddaughter loved having her private "girly" bedroom. Nice porch with surround sound for watching Football/NASCAR. Remote control fans in each bedroom was a plus. Clean for the most part. Minor maintenance upkeep needed to be done. The only REAL downfall for us was owner lives there! Very weird feeling like we were invading someone's privacy and all the personal effects of a family's keepsake, were mind boggling. Not sure if it's an ideal Airbnb for that reason only. Definitely different than our numerous past experiences. If you can get past that, it's wonderful!

This was a great place for a long weekend with family and friends. Kitchen was the most well-stocked I'ver ever experienced. Weather was a little cooler than expected but there were other things to do and we still enjoyed the lake. The downstairs is an amazing space.

What a very enjoyable stay. We needed a place last minute to evacuate our home in FL for a hurricane. Janice and Nathan responded immediately and had the place ready for us when we arrived. It was perfect for what we needed and our two dogs loved it with the fenced in yard. If you have pets and want to get away….this is the spot!!! Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the back porch is amazing and when you walk down to the water it takes all your stresses away. We will certainly be back!
