The Shopkeeper’s Apartment in Yuba is the lower rear apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, a few restored wooden windows, and a full kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. Most days, you can grab a drink and meal next door at Louie's Bar.

The 2150 square foot home boasts a fireplace enhanced by a 2 story rock faced chimney, an expansive wrap-around porch, a master suite, and a generous great room.

River Front Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly remodeled, home right on the Wisconsin River. You are just steps from the water. Located a short walk from a public boat landing, public land and just off of the ATV/UTV trail and snowmobile trails. No matter the season, you will see an abundance of wildlife, including many bald eagles that nest just across the water. Even though this is on the water, there is not direct access, and swimming is not advised due to river currants.

Throw some steaks on the grill and enjoy a glass of wine in your private courtyard. The year round hot tub is a great way to unwind at the end of your day with access to the courtyard straight from the master bedroom. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.
