Outdoor restroom, shower and kitchen (shared with another family, when RV/tent space is booked). Boating, swimming & fishing steps away from the door (use of row-boat included). Private outdoor area with table, chairs & fire-ring. No AC nor heating. No wifi available (great for connecting with nature). No pets.

Welcome to the historical Perth area. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our rural setting, close to amenities but surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. HST included in our pricing.

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv with (Netflix etc). You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.
