We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. My deck can be used for cookouts and relaxation. Hosting a gathering - lets talk- my home is perfect for celebrations. Close to Annapolis & Naval Academy.

The boardwalk in front of our home leads to the beach path access across the street. You will enjoy views from both the front and back decks: including the beach & Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. Updated 1920's bungalow near all Rock Hall has to offer. Blocks away from the Bay, marinas and center of town. Coffee shop, grocery and other shops 2 blocks away. Walk to several restaurants. Cozy and very comfortable. Quiet street, and peaceful at night. This house is an ideal Rock Hall location. This home is well stocked, so most condiments, coffee, tea, sodas and water are included. There are also many toiletry and first aid products. No need to bring soap or shampoo.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC.
