Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in our 1-family house on the first floor. It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

The house has a private entrance and a wonderful terrace with a little pond. It is very modern furnished but still cozy. The garden is in front of horses so you have the feeling of the countryside, but you are within 10 minutes at the fair and 25 minutes in downtown Munich.
