However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

You will have to go down either the stairs or an unpaved hill beside the stairs, so we do not recommend booking this room if you have accessibility needs. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals.
