Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rijeka

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We loved our stay at Ljuba's place! She treated us like friends from the very start and helped us with anything we needed. The house feels like stepping back in time and the town looks like a fairytale. It's beautiful and so peaceful. We will be back for sure! <3

I had a wonderful stay at an Rbnb in Lovran, Croatia. The location is simply unbeatable – just steps from the sea. There are great restaurants in the area offering local specialties. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the Croatian coast!

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Our first Air BnB experience, and we are thrilled. we felt at home. Neighborhood quiet and friendly, not in the center. 20 minutes by car from Rijeka, 15 minutes to Crikvenica. Perfect for a trip with pets! Irena was always super accessible and always friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

The surroundings were beautiful but quiet. From the apartment we could easily get to the island or the nearby village of crikvincia. You will need a car for this. The apartment was very large and super clean. There were plenty of towels provided for all of us. The beds were great. We slept well. Air conditioning was also great. And certainly no unnecessary luxury in the summer. It was very hot. We have often gone to the nearby bay for cooling off. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchens and the garden and the mini swimming pool where there was always free apperative. That was very surprising and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We like to come back ❤️

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron...) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the refrigerator. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and the access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

The owners of Villa Cami are incredibly welcoming, reliable, and helpful. Communication was always fast, solution-oriented, and kind. Everything from arrival to check-in and check-out went perfectly. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and set in a beautiful, peaceful environment. In person, it exceeded the already great impression from the photos. For families with children who value privacy and tranquility, this is absolutely the perfect choice. We felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We had a super nice stay in Ivana's villa. There were four of us with two dogs and we had a relaxing vacation. Since the villa is completely fenced, the dogs could jump around wonderfully. In addition, the interior was super nice and luxurious. We will be happy to come back!

You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
