Between the coniferous and deciduous trees and squirrels scurrying around, you will find our nice family house Het Bosrijk. With the spacious living room and three bedrooms, it is a wonderful place to relax with your family or small group of friends from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax by the wood stove, take a long walk on the Sallandse Heuvelrug or eat in one of the fine restaurants on the Holterberg. The house has everything for a weekend or a week of relaxation in a wooded area.

Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken, snelle WiFi en een houtkachel. Op de veranda kunt u heerlijk uit de wind zitten in de loungehoek. Our chalet is located at the Hessenheem amusement park. The chalet is located on a spacious plot, so there is a lot of privacy. The park has the following: - A private outdoor swimming pool (which you can use for free); - Bistro “de Loep”; - Food and drink “Buuf en Buur”; - & various playgrounds. Nearby there are many beautiful cycling and hiking opportunities. Next to the swimming pool in the park, there is a public indoor and outdoor swimming pool “the five hills” opposite the park.

In the center of a beautiful tourist town, walking distance to over a dozen bars and restaurants (including 2 Michelin rated), shops, the train station and the second largest natural park in the Netherlands, the Holterberg, sits this large modern, 500 m2/ 5000 sq ft villa with 3 large bathrooms and indoor hottub. All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

Enjoy the serene surroundings and slow down a gear while you are embraced by the beautiful nature of the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Espelo. Sploder Zicht is ideal for a relaxing stay, but children (<12 years) are not allowed. Max 2 dogs. No other pets.

The small cottage

In the village of the five hills, enjoy the rolling landscape, tranquility and space and the Twente sobriety. This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: on request, there is the possibility for breakfast.

Forest residence

Relax and unwind in our cottage. In the large forest garden, you can see the squirrels and the birds roam around you. On the covered terrace you can have a delicious breakfast or later in the sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom has a spacious bed with a wonderful mattress, and thanks to the fast WiFi and the desk, the large room also offers a full-fledged workplace. The little bedroom offers two extra sleeping places.

Stay at Erve de Preuter. On this centuries-old property, you will stay in a detached authentic farmhouse and relax in the beautiful green surroundings. There is plenty of space around the farm and a barn with veranda to enjoy the outdoors in the hamlet of Beuseberg near the Sallandse heuvelrug.
