Chalet holiday rentals in Rincón de la Victoria

Just back from a wonderful 2 weeks stay at the villa. The villa was perfect, we used the pool pretty much every day which was wonderful while having a bbq in the area just at the side. The rooms were a very good side inside and was perfect for us as a family of 4, with both boys (teenagers) being able to have their own rooms. Juan answered messages instantly and came and helped us when we managed to lock ourselves out - even coming back from his own trip away! We hope to return to the villa if not next year then the year after, as we loved the old town at Alhaurín el grande and surrounding areas, including Malaga city centre which was only a short drive away.

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en la casa de Víctor. La casa está muy bien equipada, la tienen muy bien cuidada y el patio es muy chulo, y más grande lo que parece en las fotos.

A traditional and spacious family home. Francisco made us very welcome, and had left us with bread, fruit and wine on arrival. It was very secure and private. The pool was a good size and warm. The bonuses were…..the bus stop across the road (very regular) and the ice cream parlour on the opposite corner!!! Less than a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach, with cafes and restaurants along its length, and a fantastic play park/cafe.

La maison de Catalina était magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos, C'est un vrai Havre de Paix où nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec 2 enfants de 10 ans et 2 ans .. L'intérieur et L'extérieur sont sublimes ...La piscine le vrai ++++++ de la maison ainsi que l'emplacement de la maison et le stationnement très facile et gratuit ! Merci pour tout Catalina ,on y reviendra c'est sûr !

Very satisfied with our stay at this attractive villa which exceeded our expectations. Close to amenities it had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Short walk from beautiful Frigliana village which has plenty of great places to eat and nice shops to browse. One of the routes to village may be more difficult for the less mobile but there is an alternative route which is less challenging. Nerja is only a short bus ride away & is always worth a visit. This was our second visit to Frigliana and hopefully not our last.

The villa is spacious and well equipped. It is well decorated and maintained It is in a rural location and has good outdoor facilities

Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort, kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war Top, im Erdgeschoss Einbauküche , Terrasse und Grill, kurze Wege Top!!!. Für unsere Männergruppe war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ok.

Mycket bra läge, nära stränder och restauranger, men ändå på en relativt lugn gata. Boendet i sig var helt fantastiskt, med en mysig och lummig uteplats, egen pool och en underbar takterrass. Mycket charmig boende, vi kommer tillbaka!

Wir können das Haus gut weiter empfehlen. Die Räume wirken auf den Fotos größer als sie sind. Mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern geht es ganz gut im Sommer wenn man viel draußen ist. Wir waren im Dezember 4 Wochen hier mit 3 Erwachsenen da hatten wir genug Platz abends auf der Couch zum Fernsehen gucken. Zum Strand und in den Ort ist nicht weit. Auch mit Hund genug Möglichkeiten Gassi zu gehen. Karina war sehr herzlich und in allem zuvorkommend. Badezimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber völlig ausreichend, leider hat 1 Bad kein Fenster. Schöner Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen. Pool schön aber das Wasser war uns zu kalt im Dezember. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall nach San Pedro in diese Villa zu kommen.

Had the most amazing stay at Juan & Carmela’s home. They were wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. The pool & garden area is stunning and extremely private!! Home grown fruit & veg we could help ourselves. Honestly would recommend anyone wanting a calm, relax break away to book with Juan & Carmela for a stay at Hoyo 19!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the villa is lovely and a great space. It is walkable to local beach and good restaurants.

Het huisje was heel mooi en luxe en we hadden het erg naar ons zin. Het is alleen een beetje onhandig als je geen auto hebt om boodschappen te doen omdat het wat afgelegen is. Voor de rest perfect!

Casa muy bien localizada con espacios cómodos y acorde a la descripción. Zona residencial agradable. Kiko muy atento a cualquier pregunta para ayudarnos. Sin quejas; todo perfecto.

the chalet is amazing inside and outside, spotless clean, has everything you need, the hosts are amazing and very very helpful, we will definitely be back to stay again

Thank you Luis, we had a wonderful stay at your home. The location is excellent and we spent a lot of time at the beach and enjoying the local area. The pool area and garden are wonderful. There is local building work that is happening nearby but this did not cause a lot of noise or disrupt our stay. There were a few issues but they were dealt with promptly. It has everything you need for a lovely family holiday. It isn’t pristine but tidy and welcoming and suited us traveling with young children. Thank you again! We would love to come back for n the future

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday in this villa. We loved the pool and the table tennis. We ate together on the terrace and by the BBQ. James was very helpful and was n hand to help with any request. He was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is very spacious and the kids loved their holiday as did the adults. We would love to return next year. The villa is situated on a quiet road. We walked down the hill to restaurants and bars every evening. There was lots to do in the area. The villa was clean and well equipped. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to visit again.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Victor ! Il a été très amical et réactif. La maison est dans un environnement calme, un peu loin de la mer pour y aller à pied mais la vue sur l’horizon est très agréable 🌊 La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos. Nous n’avons pas eu à aller à la piscine public de la résidence car heureusement il y avait une petite piscine dans le jardin (elle est ronde on ne peux pas nager). Un petit mot sur la région de Fuengirola qui est très agréable car il y fait toujours beau ☀️ Merci Victor !

La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. La casa es genial, el estilo insuperable, parece que estuvieras en Grecia, recién reformado y todo nuevo. Un lugar muy tranquilo en el que pudimos relajarnos en familia. Para repetir. Además tiene una piscina privada en la tercera planta con unas vistas increíbles, un gran plus. Muy recomendable.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer waren wirklich atemberaubend. Beide Pools waren sehr schnell zu erreichen und nie wirklich überfüllt, obwohl wir in der Hauptsaison da waren. Man sollte allerdings mit Auto anreisen oder sich einen Mietwagen besorgen denn es ist dort sehr bergig. Zu Fuß dort Lebensmittel einzukaufen könnte daher problematisch werden. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und hatten dort einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist abseits vom Tourismus, der Strand ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar und ein Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens und problemlos.

Petite maison très sympa avec vue mer. Une des 2 chambres lit double à son entrée indépendante avec sa salle d’eau-wc privatif, c’est un super point en plus. Logement fonctionnel très bien situé pour visiter les villes à proximités et proche aéroport de malaga. Francisco est très gentil et à l’écoute.

The house fulfilled our expectations. We visited as a big family with both our older parents and our kids. The pool-area were a high light for the whole family. A very price-worthy alternative. We did not have a rental car but it was easy to get into Nerja by bus once every hour. We recommend to check the local bus schedule. The small shop on the other side of the street have essentials such as snacks, drinks and some bread. For more groceries there is a Carefour super market near a bus stop in Nerja. We were a little disappointed by the surroundings and the nearby beach since nothing were open when we visited. We needed to make a trip to Nerja center or Burriana beach to find restaurants and shops which required some planning with bus or taxi. It’s doable without a car but to get the most out of your stay we recommend a car if you stay here. I would also do some more research about day trips since there was not much to do in the nearby area (at least not early in the season).
