The rental comes fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, sun umbrellas, BBQ grill, organic herb garden, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Smart TV and WIFI. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.

Nearby restaurants are a 2 min uphill walk (El Coche, Kaplash, Fiebre). On weekends there is a lively Karaoke bar very close.

Beautiful home located in the heart of Puntas with nearby beaches, lighthouse, restaurants and bars. Our home offers private parking, full kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We have a generator and backup water reserve! We also have a spacious back deck where you can watch the ocean and star gaze! We will only allow staying guests on property. No visitors, large gatherings or parties.
