Rent half of this beachfront duplex in the lovely Sea Beach area. (Other side also available…just ask). Best swimming beach in Rincon. Short walk to town and shopping. Many wonderful restaurants close by. Sunday Farmers Market and Thursday Art Walk. Just sit out front on the 16' x 35' porch and watch the beautiful sunsets nightly. Back up solar powered battery for the essentials in case of a power outage. Rincon...the "Riviera" of Puerto Rico!

Right on the beach with a 30'x12' deck to relax and sun, and experience the incredible Rincon sunsets! The bistro a few doors down is under new management and open for a great time, then? walk 50 yards back to your oceanfront hideaway. PLUS a round crystal clear pool to enjoy (especially at night? with the moon and stars and waves and, wow!..heaven!! It has its own "private" beach. It really doesn't get any better than this, come and enjoy!!
