If there is clear weather, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. "The View" is the name of the place and it lives up to the name. The cabin is located on the farm "Sollia", which has been in the family for several generations. Here you have direct access to nature and the surroundings on foot, by bike or on skis. Little light pollution, a spacious porch and lovely garden. Here you can swim in the Skogsfjordvannet in the summer or take an ice fishing trip in the winter. Maybe you want a challenge to climb "Nondagstind"? If you want both peace and quiet and urban amenities, Tromsø city is only an hour's drive away.

The residence is located in scenic and quiet surroundings north of Kvaløya, approx. 25 minutes drive from Tromsø city center. The rental part consists of a kitchen, living room and bathroom, and four bedrooms in the attic. Great views of Kvalsundet from the kitchen/living room. Popular area to see the northern lights. The nearest grocery store is 8 km away from the house, in Kvaløyvågen. The grocery store is open 10 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays and 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays. If you want a store with more selection, the nearest is at Kvaløysletta.

Here you can enjoy silence, relaxation, midnight sun in summer and northern lights and Arctic great skies in winter. 10 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes by car from the house to Tromsø City center. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter.
