Cosy & private, this is my home, where I live, which I occasionally share when away. The apartment’s fully equipped, with all the comfort of a residence lived in daily. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, a central location, close transport, a space with soul and stories + AC, washing machine, free parking and a work station. Grande destaque desta casa é ambiente campestre, o espaço exterior, e a localização, um local sereno às portas da cidade de Braga e a caminho do Gerês. Ideal para casais e famílias onde pode dormir aconchegado pelo cheiro a madeira e som da natureza envolvente. As suas crianças e os seus animais dispõe de espaço livre para correr e brincar na natureza.

The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

Peneda Gerês National Park, Levada Houses T2

Casas da Levada are family houses designed and created to provide comfort, conviviality, well-being and unforgettable moments of great tranquility. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. The Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to 4 people + 2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to 2 people.

Ar condicionado (por este motivo não disponibilizámos lenha para a lareira). Como se trata de um apartamento numa moradia com vários espaços, o exterior pode ser usado como passagem por outras pessoas. No entanto, há mesa e cadeiras exteriores para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Welcome to our cozy two-story home by the lake! We’ve kept the charming granite façade typical of the region, while the interior is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Located in the heart of Peneda-Gerês National Park, you’ll have access to scenic hikes, thermal baths, and breathtaking nature. Just 1 hour from Braga and 90 minutes from Porto. P.S. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

At Casa da Terra Nova, you breathe tranquility. However, less than 1 km away you will find the marina, supermarket, bank or pharmacy.
