Beach condo holiday rentals in Rio de Janeiro

It was a great stay, the condominium is excellent, for those who seek tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, has everything necessary and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet to walk, places with good benefit, pharmacy. The view of the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Praia da Reserva (10min of Itaú bike, which is next to it), which is surreal of beautiful!

Eduardo and Camille's flat is amazing and we had a perfect stay. With a breathtaking view, the place is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The hosts are also very kind and responsive. I felt right at home and I will for sure be going back. 10/10.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Alexandre is a great host! Organized, clean and well-located apartment, with bars, restaurant, pharmacy and market nearby. Beautiful beach in front of the residential complex. A 10 for you, Alexandre!!!

Apartment is right in the heart of Copacabana beach which makes it a really good deal. Very clean and well maintained

I would first like to thank Mr Luiz, a great host. Deu several tips throughout our lodging, indicating Restaurants, Beaches, tours, among others 😊 Very proactive, polite, friendly and flexible. Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Great stay! Place well located, grocery stores, pharmacies, security… Very good! Eduardo knows well how to drive the place and is very flexible regarding the stay, thus making it even more comfortable! When necessary, I will return!

Thank Ines for his service and hospitality. The apartment is very nice, very nice, and quality details. It has 24-hour security, which is very nice. Only 50 meters from the beach and the best area of Copacabana. Close to avenues, supermarkets and main venues. All rooms with air conditioning. Ines responded to each of my inquiries and gave me security when confirming the rental. I RECOMMEND IT 100%.

The place exceeded expectations. It has an excellent location above Leblon beach and meets all the amenities specified in the publication. Very bright, spacious and with excellent decor. It also has 24h security which gave us peace of mind in the access to the building, in addition to being very kind to us throughout the stay. I highlight Lucimar's attention who waited for us late to receive us personally since our flight had been delayed.

We stayed at David’s penthouse during an unforgettable weekend in Rio—Lady Gaga was performing, we had a wedding to attend, and the streets of Copacabana were absolutely buzzing. Despite the chaos below, we had a peaceful, luxurious sanctuary above it all. David was an incredible host—supremely gracious and responsive. On-site, Lucas warmly checked us in and gave us a great tour, while Adriano was incredibly helpful (especially with our laundry). The apartment itself is truly a gem—immaculate, stylish, and breathtakingly beautiful. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, and the views are unbeatable. The location couldn't have been better: central to everything we needed in Copacabana, yet it felt like a private retreat. I've stayed in many Airbnbs, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely wish I could live here. I can't wait to return to Rio and stay again. Five stars across the board.
