Spacious apartment 02 rooms with double beds, air conditioning, closets and black out. Excellent location at Paissandu Street. close to the subway and Beach. Doorman 24h. Sofa bed in the living room and 2 extra mattresses It has smart tv 50”, wifi, kitchen equipped with fogao, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots... The largest bathroom is complete, with hygienic shower and a hairdryer. The other bathroom is smaller but functional, with toilet and shower. Soft, smelling linen and towels!
