Cabin holiday rentals in Rio Grande County

This was a perfect little place. The hot tub was awesome and deck was comfortable and relaxing. This place was beautiful with the South Fork river to watch and listen to. I was not to thrilled with some of the ladies/ office staff. They were not that friendly or inviting. The cabin was very clean and felt like home.

We loved spending the weekend in the Stone Cabin! We spent most of our time by the river or in the hot tub. The scenery was beautiful and town was close enough to grab a meal or listen to live music. Plenty of off roading opportunities nearby too.

The cabin was perfect! The hosts were very responsive and kind. Thank you so much for our first experience in Colorado!

Stayed here during a hunting trip to the area and I would recommend Kevin’s cabins to anyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely will be back.

Loved this home! Perfect for our 2 families. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Very roomy home with great storage. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was exactly as it was published. Super cute, had everything we needed, comfy bed and the hot tub was a perfect ending to a long day of riding. Beautiful surroundings and super quiet. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to all who go to that area.

What a beautiful place to visit! The pictures definitely don't capture its true beauty. Our two dogs had the time of their lives running around with the incredibly friendly three dogs belonging to our hosts. We chose to have a wonderful dinner prepared for us, and if this option is available during your stay, I highly recommend it! The farm-fresh eggs, fruit, and other complimentary breakfast items were an unexpected surprise. We also enjoyed a private tour of the extensive property and were amazed by the breathtaking backdrop, perfect for memorable photos. Glenn, Katie, and Kaite were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure all their guests could relax and enjoy their time without any worries.

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

Charlotte’s listing was clear, concise, and accurate to fascility. My family & I arrived and we were immediately able to get into the cabin. The cabin was clean & accessible to the things in town. The owners were friendly & always ready to help.

Perfect place to stay whether you’re wanting to relax or fish. The cabin itself was cozy and the river was relaxing. My husband fly fished the section of river on the property and got 4 fish but also saw quite a few jumping in the evenings. Only thing was the river was too deep to wade in, maybe that’s just a time of year thing though from the runoff.

South Fork is an amazing place, and the house was set up for a family fun-filled time.

Rodney is a wonderful host, he is responsive and made a call to me when there was an issue with one amenities, which i truly appreciated! The booking process was incredibly friendly and proactive in reaching out to me! He is definitely one of the best factor in considering staying at this Airbnb! Although the place is not far from main road, the night is quiet and felt secluded, ample amount of parking for large vehicles and towing. This is a series of wooden cabins with other staying visitors but it was all quiet! There is lots of open spaces for family with children to run around, so this is a big plus! The rooms are adequately spaced and having 2 big beds in each room is really nice! Though the cabin is showing its age, I can feel the host is making huge efforts to provide the best for us and that is much appreciated! The location is within the town of south fork so it’s convenient to get basic groceries and restaurants. Overall I would highly recommend Rodney’s place!

Very responsive host, easy to enter, and lots of space. It was a bit tough to find the actual cabin at first & the dumpster but we eventually found it. Everything was provided in the kitchen for general cooking needs which I thought was really nice! We were able to cook meals, head out to do our things for the day in Pagosa, and had plenty of towels/linens. The beds were pretty comfortable although I think one could use updating. They provided so many pillows though which was super helpful! Temp inside at night (even during the day) was nice for it being a hot weekend outside. Nice for the price and nice location (easy access if you’re trying to explore multiple areas surrounding it).

We love south fork, we walked everywhere. Everyone was very friendly. The cabin is beautiful the kitchen is my favorite place to be. So of course I spent most of my time in there cooking. It had everything we needed. We also shopped locally at the rainbow grocery store. It was very good. We are planning our next trip to south fork. I give this cabin 10 stars!!

did not realize by pictures that the cabin was in the middle of the rv's..but still felt private and peaceful, everyone was courteous and helpful..would definitely stay here again!

We loved this cabin! It was clean and had everything anyone could need. I will suggest some kitchen scissors and a can opener for the kitchen but other than that, it had everything! This place was clean and tidy! Very well stocked on kitchen and bath essentials! Bedrooms and linens were perfect! We will definitely be back!
