We LOVED this house! We have absolutely no complaints about the house itself. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The backyard was immaculate; large and extremely well kept. Our dog loved zooming around the yard and toddler enjoyed the horse shoe area. NOTE: Everything was perfect with our stay except a local rooster that enjoyed crowing outside of our window, every single night and morning, every minute, for hours at a time. We even spotted him outside the window, during the day. While I know this is not the owners fault, it did make sleeping difficult for my husband and I. Luckily, our daughter managed to sleep with no issues. I reached out to the owners to see if they knew about the rooster and while they normally responded immidiately, it did take a few days to hear from them. It is possible my message didn't go through as prior, they were very responsive. Either way, when I brought it up again, they advised they were going to have the property manager look into it.

Our stay started out with an awesome surprise and unexpected message that the house was ready for early check in! We were in the area and it made our day that we didn’t have to waste time waiting for check in or even ask the owner if we could get in early! He was proactive from the beginning. The house had everything we needed and was in a great area. The owner went over the top to make us comfortable and even allowed us to book an extra nights stay (last minute). Thank you for everything and for helping make our girls trip a success!

We had a great last-minute stay at Julia and Daniel‘s place. They were extremely accommodating and great hosts. The space was a great deal and very comfortable. They also have one of the best backyard pools I’ve been to. Would love to stay again in the future

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect and very quiet but still close to everything we wanted to do! The place was very cozy and clean and had everything I needed. Mark was always available to answer my questions and offered suggestions of things to see and do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

If I could give more stars I would! Anthony’s home was a lovely, peaceful get a way, close to the water and had everything we needed. Anthony was very accommodating to our late check out needs and super responsive! The hot tub was the perfect touch to make it feel like we were kings for a few days. Hopefully we can come back here next year we visit Cape May!
