Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

A very beautiful, very quiet place with a spectacular view and very clean! We would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

We traveled as a group to f 10. The house was great and exactly as described in the listing. The pool was wonderful as the children loved swimming in it as we had downtime. The outside area by the pool was very relaxing. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would book this house again!

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

Host was very responsive beautiful home very peaceful and secure. There was an issue with the showers which host offered to send handy man which I declined as we were all unpacked and out each and every day. I do recommend her air bnb only complaint is could be cleaner as far as dusting and wiping things down better especially in dining area and bathrooms. Overall I would stay again

Pictures don’t do this place justice. This home is beyond dreamy! Everything I had hoped for and SO MUCH MORE. Great location for anyone wanting to experience the Rainforest and authentic PR. ❤️❤️❤️ The host was so helpful, replied to everything within an hour and soooo accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Ricardo's place was super clean! A super nice place to share with family, with everything you need. The pacman machine was a plus! Close to attractions and very good restaurants. We loved it! 100% recommended

Beautiful property. Responsive host. Proximity to support local attractions and restaurants. Private beach entrance to peaceful, clean, and clear ocean water. Private pool within the gated community. A quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience for our first trip to PR. I recommend the location and host. Superb!

I can’t say enough how perfect this apartment was. Extremely clean. Stocked with many items that helped us have a more enjoyable stay. The location is easily accessible to many attractions. Security patrols regularly to ensure safety. However even without security I would feel very safe in this area. The views from the apartment were great! I have nothing but amazing things to say and will book here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Our stay was perfect, morning coffee on the terrace with a fresh ocean breeze watching the birds and enjoying the view. Not far from the beach and friends. The villa is just the right size and has everything needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

This location is one of the most desirable places to stay in Rio Grande. The location of this apartment is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico called Las Picuas. Very accessible to local restaurants and amenities. The apartment includes everything you need for cooking, beach chairs, basket ball, beach towels, air conditioning, etc. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

I absolutly LOVED this place. Is quiet, extremely secured, pet friendly, only steps from the beach and amazing swimming pool. Nicole is an amazing host! This by far is my favorite Airbnb stay. Can't wait to stay here again. My daughter and my dog absolutly adore this place. Thank Nicole and I will be contacting you soon ! Villa Layka is a magical place to stay.

We had a great stay. The place is more beautiful than the pictures show. We appreciated the security of the condo. There were a couple of things that come up but Ricardo was quick to address them.

Love this place! We stayed as a Family and had a lovely experience. Rustic chalet, cozy and surrounded by nature an ideal place to disconnect and relax. About 30 min away from SJ. The house is very comfy, clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. It actually has 3 bedrooms with A/C which was excellent, and 1 loft. It has all the essentials and appliances you can think including Air Fryer. The kitchen is spacious and functional, although we had some trouble with the stove buttons, as they didn’t work properly to turn it on or off. The stairs to the second floor are a bit uncomfortable, with quite high steps. The house features a fantastic outdoor area with a great pool. There’s access to a beautiful river, but it’s important to note that getting there requires going down and back up carefully — not recommended for elderly people or those with physical limitations. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host for providing such a nice space. We definitely stay there again!

The house and property are absolutely stunning and obviously deeply cared for and well maintained. We checked in on the day of the island-wide blackouts and Ivan reached out well before we arrived to ensure us the property has a generator and that we isn’t need to stress about not having power. His concern and communication were top notch. And the house and location are amazing: peaceful, beautiful, and exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The place was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Amenities for everyone in the group. There was no getting board at this place. The outside kitchen and pool area was a huge plus. We enjoyed every bit of this house. Hosts were extremely helpful and answered within minutes when we had any questions or concerns. This will definitely be our place of choice whenever we return to Puerto Rico!!! Recommend 100%!

I have to say the following: there are good hosts, excellent hosts, super hosts and there is this host!! His level is above excellent. I can't find words in the human language to describe it!! 300% recommended!! It's AAAAA+. Their attentiveness is on another level!! Super!! 👍
