Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rio Nuevo

Clean home. Easy check in, In a safe gated community. I stayed here while taking day trips around Jamaica in a rental car. Every corner of the island was less than 3 hours away. Dorothy wants you to have a great experience. Great host.

Denzil is a great host and this was a great home to stay in during our time in Ocho Rios. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the outdoor patio areas are amazing with beautiful views. Denzil was a thoughtful host and made sure we were okay during our stay. The water shut off briefly, Then but was fixed within an hour or two. Other than that, excellent stay, would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Paradise Villas. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean and beautiful. Milton helped us out with anything we needed. A great space for a family and we hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

Absolutely loved the house! It was in a gated community with a beach that was less than a 5 minute walk! The house has everything that you need, and matches the description! Lorna (chef) , Michelle (maid) and Ernest (pool maintenance) were amazing! Lorna your food is AMAZING! I wish I can take you home with me. Thank you and I will absolutely come back and stay at chase farm. Highly recommend!

Had a great time in Jamaica! The Biggs Brothers were amazing hosts and the Chill on tha Hill spot was perfect! Close to the heart of Ocho Rios yet set apart on the hill to get a little slice of peace at the end of the day.

The house is very clean and comfortable. Great location and safe. Melverine is always in communication with her guest. I would recommend her place to anyone. 👍👍

Thanks for the stay and warm welcome. beautiful and private air b&b with ocean view from front balcony in a quiet neighborhood. host was very responsive to any questions we had and quick to resolve anything that needed to be adjusted. very cozy home with all amenities (wifi,hot water,tvs,washing machine,towels). This was a stay close to my heart. I stayed in this exact villa when I was a child and this time brought my family with me to stay. It was better than what I remember. The villa, the private beach, the food!! It was great, private, safe and just a beautiful part of Jamaica to come to. I will be back annually, perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of London!! Couldn’t recommend morning glory villas enough. If you do go be sure to have Orville or Rohan as your taxi men. They are reliable, punctual and will look out for you for the duration of your stay!!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Security was top notch, from locked gates, and an extensive camera system. Millie was kind, came and introduced herself when she got to work Monday. We had arrived on a Saturday evening and had no problems checking in. I felt safe walking around and the kitchen provided excellent opportunity to cook at home. Having a microwave and oven often can be rare. Natalie was so very responsive and a genuine caring owner. I saw other suites in the building and Natalie’s was by far the most modern and comfortable. As someone recovering from back surgery I found the bed and couches beyond adequate. I can’t wait to come back ❤️ Ochi!!

the place felt like home however other air bnb had a little cooking oil...salt ect that would have gotton the guess through the night with a late check in just a recomendation .

Absolutely spotless apartment in a great location. Pool is a wonderful asset. Mellina was one of the most friendly and accommodating hosts I’ve ever dealt with. She was absolutely brilliant and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I wanted to stay next weekend too but she’s fully booked unsurprisingly!

Very clean. Very beautiful. AC works well. TV had streaming services. It felt extremely comfortable. The gym was great and comparable to any American gym. The housekeeper was very helpful in getting us a driver. The location is close to restaurants, stores, movie theater and other fun spots.

In our opinion, Whispering Seas is in an ideal location. Close enough to get to attractions, shopping, and restaurants by car or taxi. And a short walk to local store for basic food and a cute jerk center within walking distance. And far enough away from the busy city to get quiet and relaxing sea breezes. Love the 2 pool options with a great view of the sea. Jacque's condo was just as it's photos with lovely decor. We've stayed in a few of the other condos at Whispering Seas and would return to Jacque's on future trips.
