A very cozy and central place in Riobamba, the host always ready to help and considering that we did not have any difficulties with the apartment, which was very nice and comfortable.

That phrase describes in a few words the experience in the apartment of Sonia, it met the expectations offered, Sonia was excellent host, very comfortable, clean apartment and in a good location, definitely recommended totally and where she would return in case of visiting the city.

If you want to be surrounded by nature and peace, this stay is your best option. Apart from the fact that the house is very comfortable, cute and cozy has a beautiful view, a wide garden and you can go down to the river, to relax or sunbathe. We loved this stay!

This was a nice house for our groups stay in Banos. The jacuzzi and kitchen were convenient so we could cook some meals + relax on the rooftop. The hosts were nice and helpful when trying to meet to get the keys for our late night arrival. Only thing I would say is that some of the listing was a bit misleading because there was no nespresso machine or coffee provided at the house while being featured prominently in the listing photos. We booked the place over another because we thought it would have this. Other than that it was a great stay!

The house is equal to the photographic description, even the place is more beautiful already being on the site, super clean everything, it is located in a super quiet place, ideal for escaping the noise, it is approximately 10 minutes from the bath center, Perlita is very friendly and always attentive to your stay, from the first moment she gave me information and recommendations of the town, even at Check out she also made recommendations, something that caught my attention, was that at the entrance she mentioned to me that in the fridge and kitchen there were certain things as courtesy to the guests! I definitely recommend 100%.

We loved staying here. We took our two younger kids and in-laws. The pictures don’t do the space justice. By being at the end of a lot, we felt like we had complete privacy. We utilized the heated pool each day as well as the sauna. We grilled out and enjoyed a family dinner on the upstairs patio. We would definitely recommend this space for families.

We enjoyed our stay here while in Banos. The location is a short 10 minute walk to town but enjoyably removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite arriving late in the evening, Elvira met us in town to help us find the AirBnB, which was extraordinarily appreciated! The house itself was clean and well appointed.

Maria and her husband are wonderful hosts and lovely people. We really enjoyed the breakfast they made us every day as an added bonus :-). We were very comfortable there and would highly recommend staying there.

A very nice and clean place, although it was close to nightclubs, the noise was not annoying at night. I was close to places to eat and compare things, the place was close to everything. Very welcoming. María José was also attentive to messages and very kind.

Super comfortable apartment, centrally located and beautiful views. Variety of restaurants and entertainment areas nearby. The apartment had a perfect elevator for my family member with knee problems. My whole family loved it!!

Very good place and cozy, considering it was a holiday and few options the price is adequate, however for the same price on common days there are better options, they should consider the price in relation to the offer in the city. Other than that, everything in order and perfect, many facilities for an early check-in, fully self check-in and providing solutions when required.
