Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a week. Everything was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The house is warm, cozy, bright, and well-designed, with more than enough amenities for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access, a nearby bus stop, and a large parking area on the property. Special thanks to the host and her representatives for always being available, promptly addressing the heating issue, and making check-in smooth and quick. There was a minor issue with a leaking radiator, and I hope the host will be able to resolve it soon. Overall, everything was great, and we highly recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

I had an amazing stay—everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, and beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

We had a rest with our family in this wonderful house. It was very cozy, we really enjoyed resting in the house by the fireplace, and sitting in the evening in front of the house by the fire. We were not very lucky with the weather, and we could not swim in the pool, but it was a pleasure to sit by it. The house has wonderful hosts, they quickly answered any questions that arose, and greeted us very friendly. We will definitely come again!

Wir waren 4 Nächte hier und haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und alles da was man so braucht. Aleksandar und seine Frau Milanka sind sehr tolle Gastgeber, sie waren immer wunderbar erreichbar. Haben uns auch ganz viele Tipps und Hinweise geben 👍 Wer eine ruhige Zeit und Erholung sucht, ist hier ganz richtig. Der Garten ist schön groß und eingezäunt. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden hier, sie konnten richtig toben. Der Zaun hat allerdings kleine Schlupflöcher, denn wir hatten Besuch von Nachbars Hund 🥰. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder 👍👍

Was a great stay for me and my family at the Villa, it's amazing and facilities are perfect. Jasmina and Ana are great Hosts, perfect hospitality and quick response at all times.

Great location, especially if you work in the K Disrict. Grocery and food options at your finger tips. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Milos place was great. It is very modern and updated. The house is great inside and out, The pool and the outdoors are highlight of the house. We had a great time.

Perfect apartment, great kitchen, dinning and living room area. Fantastic rooms, with plenty of closet space. Brilliant, with two bathrooms. The neighborhood is a great place to stay, new and trendy, with just a short walk to the old part of town. We had a fantastic stay and can recommend for anyone, also if you are travelling with kids. 👍

We had an amazing time at Martina’s place. Everything was very clean, the house was really spacious and cozy, and the location is perfect too. Martina is a really great host, very kind, always responsive, and really helpful.

Whenever I visit Beograd, I prefer to stay at this place. Owner is really helpful and polite, ready to help at any time and really does his best. The apartment is really comfortable, everything works, everything is clean. Strongly recommend!

Hvala vam što ste u nekom trenutku odlučili da svoje nasledstvo i ovaj dom podelite, makar na tren, s drugima. U njemu sam pronašla sve što mi je bilo potrebno: estetiku koja mi prija, sunčevu svetlost koja miluje svaki kutak tokom čitavog dana, i onu malu terasu koja kao da pripada nekom drugom vremenu – s pogledom na stare beogradske balkone i uspomene koje vise sa njih kao veš na kanapu. Fotografije Starog Beograda, lica i pogledi ljudi koji su njime nekada hodili, unose dušu u ovaj prostor. Sve u stanu je pažljivo birano, udobno i funkcionalno – ima sve što vam može zatrebati, i više od toga. Iako se nalazi u samom centru grada, u jezgru beogradske vreve, stan je tiha oaza. Kreveti su udobni, ambijent nežan, a osećaj – kao da ste stigli kući. Ako tragate za mestom koje ima dušu, svetlost i tišinu, usred svega – upravo ste ga pronašli.

This is a lovely apartment, spacious, new, well equipped. The area is close to a beautiful part of the river and the city. Marko is a great host, proactive, responsive and helpful. I cannot think of any downside with this apartment. It is also a short drive from the airport.

Uredan smještaj, sve čisto, miran kvart, vrlo lijepo uređene sobe, sve ima na raspolaganju. Domaćini susretljivi i brzo odgovaraju.
