Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Welcome to our cozy stone-and-wood cabin by the creek in the heart of Şile! Just a 15-minute walk to Ayazma Beach, this peaceful riverside home offers a truly relaxing escape. Wake up to the sound of birds in the morning and enjoy your coffee with a view of the river. In the garden, you can light a fire or barbecue under the stars. You might even spot turtles in the stream — feel free to feed them or try your luck at fishing. The boat in front of the house is available for rent.

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Occupying a unique location, the house is 10 meters from the Galata Tower and a 5-minute walk from the Metro Tram and bus stops. The apartment has a well-appointed bedroom and bathroom, all equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. The large roof terrace is shared with another unit. Please note that there is no elevator in the building as this is a protected historic property.
