We found Charlotte's place perfect for our walking and sightseeing trip to Exmoor and took advantage of her recommendations for walking and eating out which were spot on.

Immaculately converted barn

VicciRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had a lovely stay at the barn for a long weekend with my dog. I had no problem locating the property with the whatthreewords provided by Alex. The barn was clean and welcoming and really nicely decorated. The views from the front windows were great - especially the horses. The bathroom was amazing - great shower and freestanding bath. I did some day trips to Saunton Sands and also to Selworthy beacon which were just over an hour and 40 mins away respectively. One thing to note and be mindful of which wasn’t on the listing was that dogs are not allowed in the bedroom. Overall had a lovely relaxing long weekend.

Centuries old farmhouse in Exford, Somerset

JeanetteRating, 5 stars2 days ago
A beautiful house, well equipped and spacious, absolutely stunning gardens. We had a lovely family weekend. The kids loved the hot tub and the games room. Was great to have room to spend time together as a large group but all have our own rooms and bathrooms. Host was friendly, we had a bit of a mission finding the location, postcode was a little ambiguous (ignore the sign on the right for pitsworthy cottages) and keep going! Worth the country drive it really is a lovely house with beautiful paintings, clean spacious rooms tastefully decorated. Everything worked and we had all we needed, and could have done with a week to sit in the window seat and tackle some of that library. Board games were great fun we had an epic game of risk. All in a very lovely family weekend in a beautiful place.

North Devon Bolthole

We had such a brilliant stay – the place was absolute quality from start to finish. The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. The building itself is stunning, with high-quality finishes and really tasteful decor throughout. Mike was super helpful and friendly, which made everything even easier. We also loved the thoughtful touches like the pastries left for breakfast – such a lovely surprise and really appreciated. Would 100% recommend and definitely hope to return!

No. 1 Stunning Cottage in Dulverton with parking

SammyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This place was a perfect get away, nice garden, lovely lounge with a cosy wood burner. Shower up stairs and 3 good size bedrooms. We had a fab time here and will stay again. Everything you need, nothing forgotten. Nice welcome pack of goodies too which were very nice, bread and Jams and lovely biscuits. This place was a home from home. Very central to the main part of town, where all the shops pubs and restaurants are. Right near the river and excess to some lovely walks.
