This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is located in a beautiful and clean nature. Nearby flows the clear and drinkable river Cetina (150m). It has a view of the mountains. In front there is a large swimming pool with deck chairs (available from June 1 to September 20) and an orchard full of various seasonal fruits. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, kettle and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, an iron and towels are also available. The rooms are spacious, they can accommodate five guests. The apartment is air-conditioned and has new furniture.
