Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riverdale Park

It was a great and very calm place to stay!

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Everything you could think of was provided. Very clean. Great instructions and Guest Guide. Large 1 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

What a great place! Probably the best AirBnb I have ever stayed at. Very comfortable, perfectly clean and great location. Host was great at communication. What more can I say.

A great place to stay in DC that was close to the trains.

This is the perfect place to get in and out of University of Maryland. We didn’t explore the immediate community much, but the house was a perfect hub to get from place to place while visiting the DC area. The house has plenty of space, felt safe and was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Rolando's place is wonderful! The perfect Airbnb stay! Very clean and modern. The basement apartment is private and very comfortable. Rolando was a great host!

Modern, clean and spacious. The king bed and couch are super comfortable! It didn't bother us one bit but for people who need a lot of quiet you can hear the children and the family moving around upstairs, sometimes the pitter patter of cute little feet and sometimes voices. But again we didn't mind about that one bit. I wouldn't mind a few more amenities like a kitchen hand towel, extra garbage bags, extra pillow cases, perhaps a little table with chairs outside for morning coffee, etc. but it wasn't a big deal at all. The location was handy, and again it didn't bother us that two different neighbors had huge and loud parties on Saturday night but good to be aware if you might have an issue. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. The price is reasonable. We will definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity arises.

Can’t rate Ernest’s home highly enough, he was so accommodating & place was beautiful with lots of space in a peaceful neighborhood. He has the most amazing front porch swing too. I stayed with my sons basketball team & parents some of the group was very loud, lots of trash with the kids so I apologize for the unexpected rowdy group but thank you so much for hosting us in your 5star home!

We loved Eylin’s place as it was very well kept, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Appreciated his gesture in leaving a card and some goodies congratulating my daughter on her graduation. Found him to be a very considerate host as he noticed that our car was parked facing the wrong direction, so helped us avoid getting a ticket from the police. We truly had a lovely stay and highly recommend this place.

We stayed for a week with our 12 year old. We had come to visit the sites and the location was perfect. After a long, busy and hot day it was lovely to hop on the train and be “home” in 20mn. The area is beautiful with lots of little stores, bakery and restaurants. The hosts were so very helpful and always reachable. The space is well appointed and has everything you need!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout my visit. We felt right at home and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

The space was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a place to retreat to. I enjoyed the amenities and Elizabeth’s communication. I had a few deliveries which they graciously allowed me to receive. There’s quite a few nearby nature walks which were gorgeous and extremely walkable! Multiple walkable Bus rides to metro for public transport. Highly recommend for singles looking for a space to stay while in the area! The hosts were very kind and communicative, after my dental surgery it was wonderful to have a private safe space to be to recover.
