Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Prepare to relax and unwind in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. You'll have plenty of parking with private entrance. The couches recline so you can relax while you enjoy a movie on the 85 " TV. 1 King and 1 Queen bed. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 washer dryer. No pets are allowed sorry 😿. You'll be near lots of shopping/restaurants in Riverdale. 30 min to ski resorts. 10 min drive to downtown Ogden and Weber State. Note: You must walk thru the 2nd bedroom to access the kitchen & bathroom.

Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking-- Ogden, UT has it all. Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.
