Sharon’s place was clean, homey and very quiet, as we never heard any neighbors! This apartment is located in Trans Amadi, so a bit far from where we commuted to everyday (Choba), but comfortable nonetheless. The apartment itself was very clean, no bugs, no dust and featured three rooms, which all had their own bathrooms. Our flight was delayed and we checked in later than expected. Sharon was beyond accommodating to us and met us at night and checked us in with no issues! This estate does have a clubhouse that you can buy food at and chill by the pool, which was nice, as we did not expect that, so no need to leave the estate to get food. This estate also has light, but there were issues with the building’s power, as the generator for the whole building was having problems, which Sharon always answered when we contacted her and kept us in the loop as far as what maintenance stated to her. The building’s light issue was always resolved and this happened 3x during our more than 2 week stay. The light credit for the apartment was NEVER an issue and we never ran out of power even with the refrigerator being on 24/7 and running the air conditioning while we were at the apartment or at night. We did not cook, so I can’t comment on the kitchen appliances, but everything that is typically stocked for a kitchen was there. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. We had such a great time here and it was very safe, as we walked around at night often and never feared anything would happen. There is also security, which all guests need a code to enter and they also check the car trunks and make drivers roll the windows down to see who the passengers are going in and coming out from the estate. I would rate this place a 9/10, would absolutely recommend!

Great experience: I stayed here for a few days on my visit in Nigeria. Comfortable, private and peaceful. The place is clean and quiet. Good facilities and responsive host. Good for family. Business and for someone who loves a cosy environment. I had to extend my stay because I really liked the place. But you need to be mobile to be able to move around most of the times. I will stay here again and again.

The apartment was modern with great decor and very comfortable in a convenient area of Owerri. The lights and WiFi worked great. Lucky was quick to respond and the building staff was helpful in assisting with everything. Overall we enjoyed our visit at this apartment.
