Great place to stay, especially if you need to get the UT campus or downtown. Lots of retail and restaurants in easy walking distance. Varun is a super responsive and friendly host.

Lovely home to rest and relax after a day in the lake. The super host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Joe went above and beyond by making sure a new Instapot was available for me. Otherwise responsive and a great host.

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

It was a great stay, at a good price for what was happening that week in Austin. I was able to arrive safely daily with the Austin Scooters that are easily available everywhere downtown. I felt like I had my own little private transfer waiting for me outside. It had enough blankets. I feel it's good for two people. I was able to do my laundry. The ac/heater made some noise but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. I was hardly there, only to sleep so it worked for me. It had a great little backyard patio that I didn't even get to use, but maybe someone else can take advantage of.

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

We were so impressed by how well stocked everything was — from kitchen items and amenities to beach towels, blankets, games, and books. It made everything so easy and comfortable. You were also incredibly responsive, getting back to us immediately every time we had a question. Truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at — thanks again!

The space was wonderful! It’s in a nice and quiet community, very close to everything we wanted to check out in Austin. We had a slight issue with some bed sheets when we arrived but our host was quick to respond and help us out. It was very cozy and comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. There were plenty of bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our group. The location is excellent—super convenient if you need to be near the airport or COTA (Circuit of the Americas). Despite being so close to these key spots, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. The house rules were clear and reasonable, with nothing overly restrictive. Plus, the price was fair, offering great value for the space and location. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The home was spotless, super cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—it truly felt like a peaceful home away from home. The style strikes a perfect balance between minimalism and comfort, which made it feel both relaxing and functional. The location couldn’t have been better—just far enough from the noise for peace and quiet, but still really convenient to everything we needed (including SoCo and other Austin hotspots). The host Sarah was incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out times! She also was very responsive! And it was noted her taste in music is amazing! As a mom traveling with a toddler, I also appreciated how kid-friendly the space was. The layout was minimal, making it easier to relax, and the privacy locks (the kind you can open with a coin) gave us some peace of mind with curious little hands around. Highly recommend this spot—definitely saving it for future trips to Austin!

Great stay! Clean home with convenient location!

We absolutely loved the location. It was within walking distance of so many restaurants. We were only 5 minutes away from family so that was a bonus for us. The house itself was great for the 2 of us and our dog. While we didn’t use the back porch, it was nice that it was there. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here on our next visit.

Meghan’s Airbnb is perfect for visiting Austin/UT. It’s in a quiet spot and a short walk to a nice park. It is just as it appeared in the pictures, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The small backyard space was quiet and shaded-a perfect spot for morning coffee. I would definitely recommend Meghan’s place to anyone wanting to visit Austin.

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

Bente went above and beyond. Left snacks and drinks for us. The place was very cozy and the backyard was a nice area to sit in. Pretty good location too, found it relatively close to all the hot spots and Ubers were cheap. I would come back here

Great townhouse, close to the city and airport. Very clean and cute spot for a couple or some friends, with more than enough space!

We loved our stay at the townhouse near South Congress. The space was perfect for our family. It was great to walk to restaurants, H-E-B, Big Stacy pool, and great shopping. Meredith was a great hostess…very responsive and accommodating. We needed a garment rack for all our wedding attire and Meredith came through. We loved the rooftop deck in the morning and evening. Great coffee and breakfast at Manana next store. Book this if it is available!

Great place and just as advertised. Great location, street parking is easy to find, and the space was super clean. Only warning is that the pull out couch bed is uncomfortable (theres a bar that stabs into your back) and you're better off just sleeping on it as a regular couch.
