Great place to stay and awesome neighborhood! Everything matched the pictures perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The location made it really easy to explore a lot more of FL than we thought we would! Very clean and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a two week business trip. The host was super friendly and responsive, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect and close to shopping and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. We paid extra for heated pool. It was seriously a GREAT GREAT GREAT place to stay. The privacy - shops all nearby. The only issue from the long drive in traffic scorching hot day we really was expecting to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately the pool was not functioning. We immediately contact the SUPER host Mark. He did his best to ensure he gets the pool working with sending maintenance not once but twice. Until finally the last day of our stay,we enjoyed it ALLLLL day. Mark was very kind with no questions asked, refunded us the addl fees for the heated pool. The point was he took the initiative to continue to communicate with us every step of the way and ensuring we were happy.

We loved every minute of our stay. This home was perfect for my family and I. It was a home away from home, beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, and excellent location. I highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting the area.

This is my second time in Tampa, and I knew I had to book here again. The place it’s as shown, everything clean, the A/C it’s wonderful and the bed it’s confy. I like it how it’s close to everything, the supermarket, cvs, etc. Definetely i will stay here for my next trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

the place is located next to an inlet, 2 Dolphins play there most of the day. the neighbors were friendly. The place is nice. There were plenty of towels to shower. The beds were comfy. Tony was responsive. The pools and hot tub were nice. beautiful sunsets

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. Condo was very clean and our bed was comfortable and my daughter said she slept well on drop down sleeper couch. Henrique was quick to respond to any questions and was super flexible for check in/out. If in Tampa area would stay again. Great clean place.

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

good place. easy free parking. elevator .check. pool and hot tub very nice. only negative was how close it was to noisy road. otherwise, no complaints.
