Marie Eve's house is cozy and clean. Located in a quiet and tranquil area, you can reach the lakefront a 5-minute walk away. Very well equipped, it feels like a home.

We had a great time. There are many activities in the surrounding area: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

A small house so warm, we immediately feel the love and care that Andreea gives to her AirBnB. Andreea is very accessible, she gives a lot of information and answers my questions. This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Good night spent at Guy's in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bedding and everything you need for breakfast.

Kevin's place has plenty of space, a wonderful view of the lake and easy access to the snowmobile trails right from the upper driveway. St. Agatha is nice location close to surrounding towns, stores, and restaurants. This is our second time staying at Kevin's and he's always been a wonderful and attentive host.

Strong recommendation! Isabelle's cottage, a converted schoolhouse, is charming, peaceful, and comfortable. The house is extraordinarily well-appointed, with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio is a serene place to have a coffee, watch the birds, and enjoy the view over the empty fields. You will need a car. We drove to Québec one day and Ile d'Orleans the next - it's about 45 minutes to each.

The location was perfect—just a short drive to Quebec City and near the beautiful Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. We also loved how close it was to outdoor activities like hiking and the riverfront. It really felt like a peaceful retreat, yet still close to everything. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy both nature and culture in a beautiful setting!

Wonderful place. The view over the fields was so peaceful. Not much view over the river. The house was bright and big rooms. This is the place for peace and quiet.

Perfect cottage for family with dogs... The best part was sleeping to the sound of the waves and watching the kites and windsurfers on the water. A real show. The location of the chalet is also to be considered, not far from Midinette and several attractions. Well-equipped kitchen, equipment and accessories in good quantity for everyone!

I highly recommend it, super clean, quality finish and modern. When we arrived, the apartment smelled very good and was very welcoming. Audrey and Mathieu are very welcoming, making us comfortable to share their beautiful backyard with small lights, pool and spa. All the more so, a small private patio attached to the apartment for beautiful summer evenings. To be repeated.

Very good stay at Jean-Pierre's, the accommodation was very comfortable, because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the small terrace but in summer it must be very pleasant. The riverside is within walking distance for a stroll. Jean-Pierre responded quickly and was proactive. I would highly recommend it!

As soon as you arrive, you feel at home in La Verte. The house is very flirtatious. Everything was impeccable. The view is beautiful, even in bad weather! Thank you to Karine and Patrick for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful place, in peace. (A special thank you from Albus, who loved the little touches for him.) It was a pleasant weekend!

The accommodation is spacious, quiet, well furnished/equipped, warm. Great for a group. I recommend it without hesitating!

Dannie was able to provide perfect instructions on the inner workings of the chalet and we were able to access the chalet with ease. Dannie did reach out multiple times to ask if everything was going ok and since it was we did not need any help and the hosts were very helpful before our arrival so that helped.

We were charmed by the place. Very clean, very welcoming owners, all the essentials available on site. Very nice River view and very conveniently located.
