Simplifiez-vous la vie en restant dans ce beau 4 1/2, tranquille et bien situé . Vous serez à distance de marche 2 minutes du parc de l'école, à 5 minutes à pied du centre hospitalier, du centre Premier Tech et de la rue Lafontaine(Bars, restaurants, etc.). L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage qui vous donne une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville de Rivière-du-Loup. Je suis propriétaire-occupant de ce Duplex, donc facilement rejoignable. Max personnes : 1 lit Queen et 1 lit simple ou parc.
