A beautiful apartment with everything we needed for an excellent stay in Riyadh. The apartment is exactly as described; extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. N is a brilliant host; he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and at home during our stay. We will definitely be back!

First, the location is very excellent and easy to access, the area is quiet and the building is new. The apartment is large, luxurious and clean, and Thamer is interested in the place as if it were your home. The first thing you smell is the good incense. The thing I liked most about the place is the terrace, it gives the place a sense of spaciousness and at night the sitting there is beautiful

All thanks to brother Abdulrahman I arrived two hours early, and the check-in was arranged quickly and carefully, with personal follow-up, as well as a quick response to any inquiries and the provision of a worker to help at the site. Anis was an amazing host always checks in and makes sure everyone is comfortable, he also had them clean the room for me which was awesome. All I know is when I’m back in the city I will be Returning to one of anis’s many properties!

The housing was more than cool! Clean and tidy and the location is excellent, everything is close and available. Very comfortable experience. The owner of the apartment, brother Abdul Rahman, was very classy in his dealings and made everything easy. He allowed me to enter early and leave late without any problem, and he was very cooperative. I strongly recommend staying with him, and God willing, it won't be the last time!

Exceptional stay and incredible view. The check in was smooth after providing your credentials at the reception. The staff was attentive and ensured proper security measures are well followed by everyone.

Great place to stay, Mohammed has been an excellent, attentive host. Got everything you need in the apartment for a long or short stay. Comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Convenient location in the North of Riyadh, away from the busy roads.
