The apartments are located in the heart of the old town, 15 steps from the main street Stradun. The house in which the apartment is located is older than 300 years, while the interior has been recently renovated, modernly equipped and air conditioned. This apartment has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining for 4 people, television with shower. area of approx. 40m2. Located on a second floor. If your looking to stay in the centre of Dubrovnik's Old Town you really can't get more central than this, it's a perfect place to stay for someone wanting to explore the city and everything it has to offer. Old Town has plenty of bars, restaurants and small local shops! There is also a local beach called Ploce. We own the whole building and have all three apartments listed on Airbnb, but if you want to rent the entire building just let me know. : )

5* all round! Maya was a fantastic host from the start, she provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment and made our check in so easy. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and the location was fantastic! Literally within 10 mins walking distance to anywhere in old town and stunning dinner spots on our doorstep! Located right by a lovely restaurant made it feel very safe to come home in the evenings. Perfect for solo travellers.

THIS IS THE ONE - stop looking! Location was amazing - 2 minutes from Pile Gate with bus station out the front and yet so quiet. The apartment was so tastefully presented with little touches that really made you feel at home (chocolate on the pillow, wafer biscuits and liqueur). The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Anita was friendly and provided clear entry instructions with photos which made it so easy to find. The description and photos were just as the property was. I will be recommending this property to anyone coming to Dubrovnik for their stay if available. It was one of our top stays on our European holiday. Just book it!

Stayed for two nights for a quick trip exploring Dubrovnik. I had my 7 month old baby with me, so I was very grateful for the ground entrance to access the apartment. Vedran generously supplied a nice cot, too, for the baby. Wonderful and easy communication, and a helpful video showing exactly how to access the apartment. Everything inside felt new and clean, and the bed was particularly comfortable. You need to walk about one minute on a sometimes busy road to get to the old town, but it's very simple and literally around the corner. Highly recommend for one or two people.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from all the major sights, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent value for money. It was the perfect spot for a couple, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it can be a little noisy in the evenings due to nearby bars and in the early mornings with local workers, it really wasn’t a problem for us and felt like part of the authentic Old Town atmosphere. The beauty of Dubrovnik's Old Town is truly something special, and staying here made it all the more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!
