The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community which is mostly retirees. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill, dining tables/chairs, and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer; for winter, an easy-to-light fire pit (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this street. Feel free to swim there. You may see deer, fox, and bald eagles in the area.

Built in 1879, Teacup is one the oldest homes in Eureka. The Crescent, America’s most haunted hotel is just a short walk from Teacup. Spring Street is only 0.2 miles - where all the galleries, shops, bars & restaurants can be found. Eureka is a hilly town but the trolley (stop 94) stops right in front of the cottage.
