We had a lovely stay at Imraan's! The house and the view were so stunning and that made one almost not want to leave the house at all. We also got great recommendations and communication was also very easy. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Werner's place as two families with 5 adults and 3 kids. The space was the perfect size. Not too big that we felt disconnected from each other, but also not so small that we felt we were in each other's space. It's also a beautiful location, and just a few minutes walk to a winery. Very well stocked in terms of crockery and glassware. Will definitely book again!

Personally for me, this property ticks all of my boxes. Spacious, quiet, secure, nice surroundings, garden, pool, every amenity you could possibly need, close to shops - 5 to 10 minutes drive in multiple directions and you will find a collection of shops selling everything you could need and also far enough from the hustle and bustle to appreciate the quiet. My go to in Cape Town if I’m lucky enough to find it’s available. Book early. Don’t hesitate!

A wonderful space and lovely hosts. We had a really, really enjoyable visit. The location is perfect. Quiet but close to everything, we walked up and down the Main Street many times! The space is lovely, we were able to open up the doors to the winter sun. Will return!!

My group and I had an amazing stay at Russell's place in Capetown. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need for our 5 day stay. What stood out the most though was Russell's hospitality! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Russell for your kindness. Our weekend getaway was meant to be an off the grid break from the world. This listing gave us exactly what we needed. It was private and offered beautiful walking routes. The kitchen was fully equipped, exactly what we needed to be able to prepare our meals. The lounge fireplace is the perfect distance from the couch which allowed for cozy evening reading time. The patio overlooks the ocean, perfect for afternoon lunch and wine. Communication regarding check-in was clear. Overall, I would be keen to stay here again.

We loved this house, clean, tidy and above all beautiful and in such picturesque surroundings. A stones throw from the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants including the heart and melkies. We were fortunate enough to meet James and his family during the course of our stay. Wonderful and really helpful people. We had a fantastic stay and will no doubt be back again.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a property. From Maryna the host who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, down to the breathtaking property. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were really sad to leave when our trip ended. Would definitely look to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views! My stay at Caren’s Airbnb (Mountain View) on their beautiful working wine farm, Yonder Hill, was unforgettable. The views of the Helderberg are breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. The property was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything from a very well stocked kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi and comfy beds. The en-suite bathrooms are new, well appointed and stocked with everything you need. There are little extras everywhere, and these small things really matter and make all the difference. Caren & Daniel were fantastic hosts: welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout. I was in SA for family business which is usually quite stressful, but staying at Mountain View left me feeling relaxed and recharged. Though I travelled alone, the space would easily suit a family of four. Bonus: the night sky was incredible — I even saw Starlink pass overhead! A true gem. Highly recommended with no hesitation.

Our two families of 9 people had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the living spaces were great for our group. Beautiful views from the deck. Darren was incredibly responsive to all needs that arose. Would definitely stay here again!

I arrived in Cape Town after 18 hours of travel. I requested an earlier check in, and the host was very obliging. Christian's communication was on point, and we received a warm welcome on arrival. He quickly explained how everything worked in the property and we settled in. It was perfect for what we needed. We felt right at home. I had my elderly parents with me. We had a wonderful sleep, and had a lovely breakfast at the bakery just down the road. It is also a very quick drive to the V & A Waterfront. We could've walked there, but chose to drive. The property was situated in a quiet, peaceful location, and a short walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. It was exactly as described in the property description. We'll most certainly stay there again.

I've stayed in countless guest homes all over, and this one is hands-down one of the absolute best! The moment my family and I walked in, we were completely blown away—it’s so stunning, we instantly wanted to move in! It was perfect for the six of us: spotless, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. Teresa was amazing—so helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Talent was wonderful—having the place refreshed during our stay felt like a luxury you usually only get at a hotel. We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Teresa!

I would highly recommend this property, Mark is so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful with amazing views, it’s well equipped, and is very private. The only regret is we didn’t stay there longer.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently close to all the main attractions, yet set high enough to offer total peace and quiet after a day of exploring. The views of the sea and mountains were truly breathtaking, adding something special to both mornings and evenings. The photos online don’t fully capture the beauty of the view or the seamless flow of the living area out to the patio—it was even better in person. The home was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated, and offered many comforts and conveniences. The host was very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Communication was easy, and they were always willing to support in making the stay as comfortable as possible. It was a peaceful, refreshing experience from start to finish, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget.
