The little house in the village

La Casetta nel Borgo is in Abruzzo: Europe's greenest region! In the town of Castelvecchio Calvisio (AQ), the house is comfortable and quiet, and strategically located for easy access to the Rocca di Calascio (10 minutes), the Medici Tower of Santo Stefano di Sessanio (15 minutes), Campo Imperatore (30 minutes), L'Aquila (30 minutes), the Adriatic Sea (60 minutes), and Rome (90 minutes). It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. Free parking is 20 meters away.

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

Country Studio with Private Hot Tub and Patio

Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

Equipped with a tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends, and a pergola with a window where you can enjoy a barbecue overlooking the olive groves, bicycle shelter and/or for 4-legged friends, sunbed and deckchair to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

NIKE WOODS emotion experience

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The carpenter's house

In one of the oldest and most characteristic streets of Bisenti, "La casa del falegname" is the ideal place to spend moments of peace and relaxation. This place has a special meaning: originally, this apartment was our father's workshop, where he spent hours working with wood. It is a place full of pleasant memories, moments lived and shared. We hope to let guests who choose it experience some of its atmosphere and serenity.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

La Loggia Cabin

Unplugging from daily commitments, work stress and maybe even technology is what it takes to find ourselves. "Baita la Loggia" is a lovely apartment, located in the green of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, 3 km from Farindola. We consider it a little slice of heaven for nature lovers, walks in the woods, sports, and relaxation. But it's up to you to find out and decide.
