It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. Overall, a lovely stay with a wonderful host. Thank you so much for everything! 🌟

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

We had a lovely stay — the villa is absolutely beautiful and we had a great time enjoying the space and surroundings. The location is also ideal, close to stunning towns like Pienza. A few improvement points: there was no proper coffee-making equipment, just a few filters; the fireplace hadn’t been cleaned and had no firelighters; and the air conditioning didn’t work in about half the rooms. Also, the check-in wasn’t smooth — the time was moved to 16:00, but the cleaners were still busy when all 14 of us arrived. With a bit more attention to these details, it could be a truly exceptional stay.

Great location for exploring Tuscany! Definitely recommended! Beautiful landscape and complete house (imagine cooking your pasta in this scenery). Make sure to have a car and enjoy!

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . Staying at Paola and Nino’s place was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with every detail thoughtfully considered and a setting that truly captures the essence of Tuscan magic. It’s incredibly peaceful, with sweeping views and a real sense of privacy, yet close enough to explore charming villages and beaches. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms, a real plus during the summer heat. Paola and Nino were the most gracious hosts, warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, yet also giving us plenty of space. Their three sweet labradors were a lovely bonus! We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

What tranquility and what a view. Beautiful estate and super friendly people who try to make you feel comfortable. Also a nice and pleasant swimming pool for when it is very hot.

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

Impeccable, Massimo is friendly and very responsive. Quiet place.

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

The host Claudia is very kind, very helpful and very nice! Strategic accommodation in the center of Scansano, very clean and comfortable! If I come back to this area, I won't hesitate to call Mrs. Claudia

A place to feel the real Tuscany. Beautiful place, with all the necessary amenities. Very good taste in modern and functional design, and at the same time beautiful. It has a store a few minutes away by car. It's a dream place to be.

Upon our arrival, we immediately met Franco, who accompanied us to the apartment. It was a pleasant meeting, the instructions received were however very clear. The apartment is furnished with care and good taste, very clean and functional. The garden where we relaxed after returning from our visits is also enjoyable. It is a strategic point for exploring this part of Tuscany. In the following days, we also met Dalida. They are two very helpful people with whom you can talk with pleasure. They also gave us good advice on the surroundings to visit.
