Holiday rentals with a patio in Roche Caiman

Everything was absolutely perfect. the apartments are stunning, the view is breathtaking and François and Angie were both very reactive and friendly. François even kindly took me out to try a restaurant (as I was travelling alone and it was my birthday 🎂)! Highly recommend and will come back for sure. Thank you!

Friendly, helpful hosts who accommodated our check-in at an awkward flight time (02:15 landed). They were very helpful with organising taxis and with answers to questions about the amenities etc. Beautiful view.

I had another wonderful stay at this apartment! This was my third visit, and even with the change in management, everything was handled exceptionally well. The apartment was spotless, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere perfect for both unwinding and getting some studies done. Gabriella and her family were fantastic hosts. They were very helpful and flexible & making sure I had everything I needed. The sunset views from the balcony were breathtaking and mornings with a cup of coffee, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of birds and a stunning panoramic view were simply amazing. Fantastic place. The host assisted us with everything. Very clean place, it has all someone needs. When going back to Seychelles I will definitely stay at the same place. Host is not 5 stars, is 100 stars!!!

The apartment we were in was perfect for us: fully equipped kitchen, dining room with couch, large separate bedroom (this room is the only one equipped with air conditioning, which is perfectly sufficient) with beautiful bathroom and access to wonderful, large balcony overlooking the sea and mountain: the hammer! We loved the location of the apartment, at the end of Beau Vallon beach in the quieter Bel Ombre, and something on the mountain for the view. Daphné is very welcoming and the perfect host, she gave us many tips and valuable information about the Seychelles, she even took us to Victoria or to a special beach because snorkeling there was better, she organized an island tour, etc. Check in and out were very generous, thank you again Daphné! It was a wonderful stay, we will definitely come back!! You and your guests are doing a great job, Daphné! All the best from both of us to you and your whole family :)

Samuel’s Apartment – A Perfect Home Away from Home Staying at Samuel’s apartment in Seychelles was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Samuel’s warm hospitality made us feel welcome and at ease. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Everything we needed was readily available, and the space was thoughtfully organized. The location was convenient, and we truly appreciated Samuel’s helpful tips about the area. Whether it was for dining or sightseeing, his guidance added so much value to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while exploring the beauty of Seychelles, Samuel’s apartment is definitely the one to choose. Highly recommended!

We traveled with the family to Seychelles and stayed throughout our trip in the villa, which we liked a lot. All was great, the villa has its authentical touch, the hosts were very nice and friendly, the view to the ocean was marvelous, and a small beach was just nearby. The nights were quiet, as the villa is away from all noises and touristic places. We enjoyed our privacy and trip to Seychelles! Big thanks to Mary, Christophe and Gian.

Jennifer is a very good host. we had the pleasure of meeting her sister and also the brother as well as Pierre the craftsman. They are all very warm people. The communication with Jennifer was excellent and she always responded immediately to questions. We had rented a car at the airport which is recommended to be more flexible. The directions were impeccable and with photos as a clue. The place was perfect for us. In the kitchen it has everything you need to prepare breakfast and dinner. The bathroom is also huge and pleasant to use. In the bedrooms there is air conditioners and in the living room a standing fan. You are remote and hear the animals in nature and yet you can walk to the most beautiful Beache in the Seychelles (Vallon) in about 10 minutes. It has 2 food stalls in the back area. At the end you can buy a lunch (take a way) for 75 rupees.

Thank you for accommodating our big group of guests! We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was very spacious and the balconies had great views. The cars for rent were super convenient too as we we were able to travel around town with them. Overall, very happy with our stay here!

Our stay at Villa Abundance was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly magical nestled in nature with views that are simply to die for. The house itself was flawless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. From the homemade bread & jam to the fresh fruits from the garden, we felt completely taken care of and ready to explore each day. Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!

the place is great, it's big lots of room. all the rooms are big. lovely kitchen. the host was amazing. help is as soon as we got there. only thing was the location, it's not at Eden Bridge, it's on top of the mountain, I was disappointed at first, but it turned out amazing. you are close to the other side, and it's so beautiful on the other side. I will definitely book again. they just need to change their location on the app. but it's definitely worth it.

Best Airbnb that I ever stayed in!!! Mary met us at the place to let us in and showed us the way around this beautiful house. It was better than the pictures! The view of the ocean from the porch was like a dream and was an amazing place to relax and enjoy the seychelles rain or shine. The bed was comfortable and the view from the shower was just as good as from the porch! The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to cook a great meal! There was only 2 of us, but it would be a great place to stay with 3 couples as it is a 3br/3ba and you could still have privacy. Renting a car is recommended for Mahe as a whole but the location of the house was close enough for my boyfriend to take a nice run every morning to Beau Vallon Beach or a quick walk to Sunset beach. Mary and her son were very responsive and there is even a cute doggy than came to greet us daily when we pulled the car into the driveway. I wish I could pick up this house and bring it everywhere I go!

We had a lovely time staying in this newly renovated gorgeous villa. It is very spacious and impeccably clean. We enjoyed the stunning views and the private pool was great. The hosts Lizel and Patrick are amazing. We highly recommend staying here!

Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. We were so pleased with our choice. We could tell that Vivienne and Edmond had gone to a lot of trouble to prepare for our arrival. This property has been well put together and they have thought of everything. The pool and view were some of the best we have ever seen. We felt like we were on top of the world!
