Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. GREAT LOCATION!! A short few minute walk to Riviera Beach-The heart of downtown Lake Geneva. Enjoy Great Beaches, wineries, restaurants, Golf resorts, zip lining, shopping and Amazing Attractions. Breath taking walking trails, boating in the summer. Ice castles, skiing and award winning Ice sculptures in the winter. Big foot Beach, Williams Bay and Fontana Beach are a short drive away (15mins) if that. My Cozy retreat is a short walk to Studio Winery where you could enjoy live music and wine.
