The AirbNB Studio Space is Private w/ its own separate entrance & exit. Our home is set in the 'Sheep Pond' area. We are walking distance to Sheep Pond to kayak & swim. We have kayaks, paddleboards, beachchairs, & towels for your use. A backyard w/ your own picnic table, seating area, & hammock. An outdoor shower ! Minutes away from bay & oceanside beaches, biking, hiking & Nickerson State Park. 40 mins from Provincetown; & surrounded by quaint Route 6a, restaurants & shopping !

Romantic Cape Cod Tiny House + Hot Tub

Welcome to the Romantic Hideaway, our magical, secluded tiny house nestled between lush gardens and the woods alongside our property. Just a short drive to ocean beaches and freshwater ponds, and a pleasant walk to the quaint center of Wellfleet. Wake to birdsong and enjoy fresh muffins on your sunny, private deck. Your stay includes access to our Magnolia Spa with hot tub and sauna (June+); massage is available in July at special guest rates. A sweet, quiet escape on the Outer Cape.

The Breeze Overlooking Minister's Pond

The Breeze is a luxurious, romantic cottage by a serene freshwater pond, surrounded by vibrant gardens. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and relaxing on the dock, or explore nearby trails and the Cape Cod Rail Trail with provided bikes. Unwind with evenings by the fire pit, refreshing outdoor showers, and a plush queen bed for ultimate comfort. Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

Our 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a 4-poster bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Our half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Living room with 89" TV to watch a good movie after a day at the beach and feel like you're at the cinema.
