Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Hulu, Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

You are looking at a fully restored lower level 1,200sq ft apartment in the heart of downtown LeClaire.
