Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. Also easy access to Sanford and Orlando International Airports.

My home is about 30 minutes from theme parks such as Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Extra activities to do are Southern Hill Farms to pick fresh fruits and sunflowers. Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.

Take a swim in our large pool and enjoy the Florida Sun! Please add exact number of your guests, in your booking! Please NO Parties or gatherings! Please NO smoking on the property. If any violation occurs, your stay will be terminated immediately, and you will be charged a $1,500 fine!
