Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Quirky Flat nr Beach (Thu-Thu during Summer Hols)

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

Compact Studio/loft in Rock near beaches.

This compact studio for two is within walking distance of shops, Porthilly beach & Rock beach, restaurants & wonderful coastal walks close by.Sailing & water skiing are available in the estuary. A good base to stay & get away from it all at an affordable price. Please note that there is no outside space. There is no wi fi at the moment. Parking for one car.
