Holiday rentals with beach access in Rockdale

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

We stayed here in this unspoilt part of paradise for 4 nights and everything that we experienced from location, weather and amenities of the home were beyond our expectations and made our time here very memorable. Highly recommend Anne's place for a very relaxing and peaceful time away. Thank you Anne for your communication before, during and after our stay.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

We had a magical stay at Madeline’s beachfront property- she was so accommodating with check in and check out and made it so easy for us! Madeline’s property offered so many extra , thoughtful inclusions and kitchen / fridge pantry items to make your arrival welcoming- loved the “ sweet treat” too!! The electric blankets were wonderful as it was winter- very cosy indeed! The view is stunning and so relaxing sitting in the swinging chair on the balcony …. We highly recommend Madeline’s exceptional property for your stay on the beach!

We have stayed here before and absolutely love that it is the last place in Coogee to lose the sun. The beach is right underneath and the three salt water pools at that end of the beach are within 3 minutes walk!! Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for the excellent communication Virginia. We will be back.

We had a fabulous extended stay at Sharlene’s apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and looks exactly like the photos. Linen and abundant towels were provided. It is near public transport to the city and other nearby beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Had the best time at Hilde’s place. Amazing location. Fully fenced for the dogs. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautiful house. A hidden paradise. Hilde was also super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

This place is absolutely amazing - we would come back again. Fantastic property, unbelievable views, and just a great place all round. I will say their beds are really comfortable also which is one of the biggest bonuses.
