Recently restored cottage with sunny gardens, close up seaveiws and onsite parking. Just a couple of minutes walk from Mortehoe village center with its pubs, NT tea rooms, takeaways and bistro. Ideally situated for the coastal path 50m away, numerous beaches and Woolacombe Town. Lovingly restored in 2025, recarpeted and thoughtfully furnished throughout, the cottage is arranged on 3 floors and comprises 4 double bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms fully fitted kitchen sitting room dining area and boot room.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
